BindassBolo application is free to download and users can practice on their own free of charge. There is a subscription charge for using the Connect feature which allows users to connect with other users and practice with them by using the extensive scenarios material that has been uploaded. The Licensor reserves the right to change and modify the content in a dynamic manner and this shall not be entertained as a cause for seeking a refund.

Refund Policy

Our focus is complete customer satisfaction. However, no refund requests will normally be entertained once the user has started accessing the Application features that are not available without a subscription.  This is because we allocate resources in advance and as soon as a user registers his or her subscription so as to ensure uninterrupted and smooth flow of content and services. 

However, a user may apply for a refund by writing to refunds@Bindassbolo.in,  giving the reason for which refund is being requested. A refund may be made after enquiry, for full or part of the fees paid solely at the  discretion of the Licensor.

If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of payment gateway, refund will be made to the same account.

Requests received later than 7 business days prior to the end of the current service period will be treated as cancellation of services for the next service period.
